The necessity to be physically active, even if it simply means running and jogging, should not be ignored as it allows the individual to be burning some calories, be self confident in addition to having the many advantages like fat loss etc.
The various methods of exercise such as walking and jogging are highly effective in allowing an individual to lead a healthier life. The primary running and jogging differences are the fact that there is a difference in the intensity of the exercise, meaning that the rate at which the muscles are required to perform are significantly higher.
When at the beginning of the running or jogging routine, it is essential that you make sure that you perform adequate warming up exercises to ensure that your muscles stay supple and tender to allow the free movement. Because of the fact that running and jogging require a number of muscles to co-ordinate, it is also important to gently ease other muscles of the body such as the neck muscles, hands and shoulders into the exercise pattern.

Running and jogging for weight loss are some of the most common activities because of the fact that there is very little additional equipment required to be purchased apart from good quality running shoes. One aspect of running and jogging that is greatly underrated is the kind of clothing one wears during the session. It is important to wear light and loose clothing as much as possible in order to allow for better perspiration as well as breathing of the skin cells during these very physically stressful body movements. Although one can run at any time of the day, it is highly advised to do so either early in the morning or after sundown as the lack of direct sunlight will prevent you from dehydrating rather fast and thereby getting tired faster.
So, dear readers please update everyday your contribution for your OWN body…pls write about how much you worked out or walked or ran…would be really great to hear from you all…and then will advise you some basic changes in your pattern….
