Here goes the story, PILATES is a high intensity workout which does not work on a particular muscle at a time but works all over the body. It accounts for large number of big muscle groups to work at the same time.
Results: leads to a toned look, strengthens muscles, helps replace fat with muscle mass, improves your flexibility and all this leads to WEIGHT LOSS too.
Trainer or No Trainer: yes to a great extent you need a trainer to help you understand the basic postures and body movement but can be done if you listen to your body and mind.
